Description
L’Université du Luxembourg souhaite faire appel aux services d’une maîtrise d’œuvre intégrée reconnue pour son expertise dans les domaines suivants : - Ingénieur Génie Technique ; - Aménagement intérieur / Architecture ; et, - Ingénieur Génie Civil. Le présent marché s’inscrit dans le cadre du Projet de réhabilitation de la Résidence étudiante des Dominicaines. Le présent Appel d’Offres vise à conclure un marché de services, dont la durée est de seize (16) mois, renouvelable deux fois cinq (5) mois, sur notification expresse de l’Université, afin de retenir un titulaire reconnu pour son expertise dans le domaine des services de maîtrise d’œuvre intégrée. Le Planning Cadre du Projet de réhabilitation estime l’ensemble des études jusqu’à la phase de préparation du chantier à une durée approximative de trente-sept (37) semaines et l’exécution des travaux et la levée de réserves à une durée approximative additionnelle de vingt-quatre (24) semaines. Ces délais sont donnés à titre indicatif et seront réactualisés selon l’avancée réelle du Projet.
