Description
L’Université souhaite la mise en place d’un Accord-Cadre afin de sélectionner un Opérateur économique unique par lot pour chacun des lots couverts par le présent Appel d’Offres. La durée de cet Accord-Cadre est fixée à deux (2) ans, renouvelable deux (2) fois un (1) an (2 + 1 + 1) sur l’avis de l’Université. Le présent Appel d’Offres devrait permettre de retenir un titulaire par lot, sans remise en concurrence, reconnus pour leur expertise dans le domaine des travaux de parachèvement et de la fourniture et la pose de mobilier fixe. Le marché comprend les deux (2) lots suivants : Lot N°1 : Travaux de parachèvement : - Travaux de plâtrerie, - Cloisons amovibles / vitrées, - Menuiserie intérieure, - Faux-plafond / solutions acoustiques, - Peinture et carrelage, - Revêtement de sol.
