Description
L’Université du Luxembourg lance un programme ambitieux de modélisation de ses processus administratifs en vue de la préparation de la migration de son ERP vers SAP S/4HANA, à l’horizon 2027. Au-delà de 2027, l’Université du Luxembourg compte s’appuyer sur cette approche Business Process Management (BPM) pour y intégrer tous ses processus. Un projet-pilote a été mené en juin-juillet 2024 sur les processus achats liés aux marchés publics. Le présent marché couvre la définition (To-Be), la modélisation et le support à la mise en œuvre des processus administratifs, en particulier les processus liés à nos départements Finances, Achats et RH (les plus impactés par la migration vers S/4HANA). Pour ce faire, l’Université recherche des ressources qualifiées en BPM (consultants junior et senior) et en SAP S/4HANA (expert). En amont de ce marché, l’Université aura entrepris les travaux nécessaires pour fixer sa gouvernance BPM, y incluant la définition et le déploiement d’un cadre complet de gestion des processus sur base Aris .
