Description

Accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande passé sous la forme d'un marché à procédure formalisée en application des articles L2125-1 1°, L2124-1, R2124-1, R2124-2-1°, L2124-2, R2162-1 à R2162-6, et R2162-13 et R2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Pour le lot 1, le montant maximum de commandes pour la durée du marché est de 600 000 Euros HT . Pour le lot 2, le montant maximum de commandes pour la durée du marché est de 80 000 Euros HT. Le marché prend effet à compter de sa notification pour une durée de 4 ans. Par dérogation à l'article 3.1.2 du CCAGS FCS, la notification est réputée effectuée à la date d'envoi des documents sur le profil acheteur.
