In realizarea obiectivelor specifice ale institutiei este indispensabil rolul reactivilor IHC anatomie patologica si reactivilor pentru imunohistochimie deoarece sunt imperios necesari pentru desfasurarea actului medical in cadrul Serviciului de Anatomie Patologica, Medicina Legala, Transfuzii, Sterilizare din cadrul Spitalului Judetean de Urgenta Satu Mare, conform Anexei 1. Ca urmare a faptului ca: - achizitia a fost inclusa in PAAP 2025 – pozitia 3. - s-a intocmit referatul de necesitate cu nr. 69/26.03.2025 intocmit de Sef sectie Servicu de Anatomie Patologica - Dr. Veres Ioan Florian, Medic Coordonator Transfuzii – Dr. Morosanu Vitalie, Medic Sef Medicina Legala – Dr. Dioszegi Gabriella si Director Ingrijiri – Tarba Raluca referat avizat DFC si aprobat de Conducerea SJUSM. - Modificarea PAAP, conform documentelor mentionate, a fost avizata de catre Consiliul de Administratie a SJUSM conform Hotararii nr. 3 din data de 15.04.2025. Termenul limita in care AC va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari /informatii suplimentare va fi a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor conform art.160 coraborat cu art.161 din Legea 98/2016 cu …
