Ramavtalet omfattar ventilationsarbeten för avrop mellan 0 – 6 miljoner kronor inom Micasa Fastigheters fastighetsbestånd. Beställaren behöver löpande utföra ventilationsarbeten vid mindre renoveringar, om- och tillbyggnader, ROT-projekt. Med ventilationsarbeten avses exempelvis OVK-åtgärder, byte av aggregat, injustering och rengöring.
