Ramavtalet omfattar konsulttjänster i form av projektstöd under ett eller flera skeden i olika typer av byggprojekt, och med olika många specialistkompetenser beroende på projekt. Uppdrag kan komma att avse projektstöd vid nybyggnad, renovering, om- eller tillbyggnad av beställarens objekt vilket är lokaler och förvaltad egendom t.ex. vårdboenden och flerbostadshus.
