Fastigheten Trossen 13 är nu aktuell för en total byggteknisk upprustning och målet med ombyggnadsprojektet är att utveckla en för Micasa Fastigheter strategiskt viktig fastighet och för att möta det ökade behovet av kvalitativa bostäder för seniorer. Förslaget är att fastigheten efter genomförd upprustning innehåller 120 lägenheter i vård- och omsorgsboende och ca 112 seniorbostäder, tillagningskök och eventuellt aktivitetscenter.
