Description
Stiftelsen Skansen har ett återkommande behov av bygg- och anläggningsarbeten av varierande omfattning. Syftet med upphandlingen är att teckna ramavtal som möjliggör effektiva avrop av mindre och medelstora entreprenader utan att separata upphandlingar behöver genomföras för varje enskilt uppdrag. Ramavtalet omfattar inte större strategiska investeringar eller entreprenader som Beställaren bedömer ska upphandlas separat. Avsikten är att teckna ramavtal med två (2) leverantörer inom byggtjänster och två (2) leverantörer inom anläggningstjänster. Beställaren förbehåller sig rätten att teckna ramavtal med färre leverantörer om inte tillräckligt antal kvalificerade anbud inkommer.
