Description
Ramavtalet omfattar markkonsulter, som indelas i följande roller: • Uppdragsansvarig markkonsult • Handläggande markkonsult • Biträdande markkonsult Uppdrag som kan komma att avropas är bl.a.: • markprojektering inklusive att upprätta mängdförteckning med beskrivande text enligt anläggnings AMA • VA-projektering • dagvattenutredningar • skyfallsutredningar • ledningssamordning • m.m Ramavtalet kommer att användas både i små och stora byggprojekt samt i den löpande fastighetsförvaltningen. Uppdrag kan avse ett eller flera skeden såsom förstudie, programhandling, systemhandling och/eller bygghandling. Samtliga avrop kommer vara uppdrag inom ombyggnationer, nybyggnationer, mindre hyresgästanpassningar och tillbyggnader inom hela beställarens fastighetsbestånd, samt övriga typer av byggprojekt som ingår i beställarens uppdrag.
