Huge Bostäder AB innehar cirka 340 hissar i sitt bestånd och Huddinge Samhällsfastigheter innehar cirka 118 hissar i sitt bestånd.  Mål är att teckna ramavtal med en leverantör per delområde:    Delområde 1. Replacementhissar   delområde 2. Modernisering av hissar   Anbudsgivare kan lämna anbud på båda delområdena men varje delområde kommer att utvärderas och tilldelas var för sig. I delområde 2 ingår även El-ombyggnation.
