Upphandlingen avser takarbeten och takskottning och omfattar avhjälpande underhåll, akuta åtgärder och planerat underhåll såsom entreprenadarbeten och reparationer. Upphandlingen är indelad i tre avtalsområden; - två geografiska avtalsområden som avser avrop mellan 0 och 750 000 kronor. - ett avtalsområde som avser avrop genom förnyad konkurrensutsättning mellan 750 000 kronor och 10 miljoner kronor. Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med totalt 4 entreprenörer.
