Description
Upphandlingen avser arkitektkonsulter och kommer omfatta två ramavtal. Ett ramavtal avser arkitektkonsulter för kommersiella lokaler och fastigheter där ramavtal kommer att tecknas med två (2) leverantörer. Ett ramavtal avser arkitektkonsulter för bostäder och lokaler där ramavtal kommer att tecknas med tre (3) leverantörer. Ramavtal kommer tecknas med totalt fem (5) leverantörer. Anbudsgivare kan välja lämna anbud på ena eller båda delområdena. Avrop kommer att göras genom rangordning med volymfördelning. Beställningsvolymen kommer under avtalsperioden att fördelas mellan de rangordnade leverantörerna enligt nedan. Delområde 1. Kommersiellt Rangordnad nr 1: ca 60 % Rangordnad nr 2: ca 40 % Delområde 2. Bostäder och lokaler Rangordnad nr 1: ca 50 % Rangordnad nr 2: ca 30 % Rangordnad nr 3: ca 20 % Ramavtalstiden 2 + 1 + 1 år. Den årliga inköpsvolymen uppskattas till: Delområde 1. Kommersiellt: En (1) miljon kronor Delområde 2. Bostäder och lokaler: Tre (3) miljoner kronor
