Ekerö kommun avser att upphandla ramavtal för konsulter för verksamhetsutveckling. Upphandlingen avser olika resursuppdrag för konsulter inom verksamhets- och organisationsutveckling som skall genomföra uppdrag i syfte att bidra till effektivitet och kvalitet i våra processer och ökad kundnöjdhet. Uppdrag kan t.ex. avse: Processkartläggning och processutveckling Upphandling och införande av digitala tjänster Införande av systematiska arbetssätt inom t.ex. hållbarhet och informationssäkerhet Aktiviteter som omfattas: Projektleda, följa upp och utvärdera utvecklingsuppdragBehovskartläggning och nyttokalkylering Analys av konsekvenser och bedömning av risker Ge stöd vid förändringsledning Ge stöd vid införande och användning av nya och befintliga modeller/systemKommunikations- och utbildningsinsatser insatser internt vid förändringar Utvärdera genomförda förändringar Konsulterna kan komma att jobba självständigt och driva utvecklingsarbetet, men även som resurser i projekt som leds och drivs av medarbetare i Ekerö kommun Volym Uppskattad volym under avtalstiden är 2600 timmar och bedömningen är att det kommer genomföras ungefär 2 - 3 avrop per år.
