Description
Inom BR fastigheters pågår normalt flertal projekt parallellt. Projekten varierar i löptid från cirka fem (5) månader till cirka fem (5) år och i värde från cirka 500 000 kronor till 300 000 000 kronor. Brandkonsulttjänsterna utgör en mindre del av dessa projekt. I merparten av projekten anlitas brandkonsult för uppdrag under någon del av projekten. Projekten kan avse nybyggnad, ombyggnad och underhåll. För att underlätta upphandlingar av ovan beskrivna tjänst, avser beställaren att teckna ramavtal med leverantörer avseende brandkonsulttjänster. Beställaren har för avsikt att teckna ramavtal med två (2) ramavtalskonsulter.
