Description

B har ett funktionsavtal avseende tillsyn, skötsel och felavhjälpande underhåll av mark, markutrustning, delar av byggnad samt vissa administrativa och tekniska tjänster (”Markskötselavtalet”). B har även ett funktionsavtal avseende renhållning av strand och land i form av tillsyn, skötsel och felavhjälpande underhåll (”Strandskötselavtalet”). Inom ramen för ovanstående avtal, för tillkommande ytor samt i potentiella situationer där inget av avtalen är tillämpligt, har B behov av ett ramavtal för löpande avrop avseende mark- och strandskötsel. Ramavtalets omfattning framgår i detalj av upphandlingsunderlaget.
