Description
Vellinge kommun inbjuder härmed till upphandling för rubricerad entreprenad avseende fastighetsteknisk drift, i enlighet med upphandlingsdokumenten och däri förtecknade handlingar. Vellinge kommun ansvarar för drift, underhåll och förvaltning av Vellinge kommuns byggnader och anläggningar. B ansvarar också för det stadsövergripande säkerhetsarbetet inom inbrottsskydd, passage och övervakningskameror. Den totala ytan är cirka 220 000 kvadratmeter. De flesta lokalerna hyrs ut för kommunal verksamhet som skola, förskola, vårdboende, kultur och idrott.
