Description
BR Fastighet äger och förvaltar kommunens fastigheter såsom skolor, förskolor, badhus, idrottsplatser mm. Dessa omfattar cirka 220 000 kvm. Denna upphandling avser ramavtal för senare avrop av hantverkstjänster för service, underhåll, reparation och rotarbeten. Ramavtalet omfattar både enklare service- och underhållsarbeten samt nya kompletta installationer. Kompletta installationer kan exempelvis bestå av modernisering av befintlig utrustning genom utbyte eller nyinstallation. För ramavtalet gäller ABT 06 för totalentreprenader om inte annat anges i samband med avrop.
