Helsingin yliopisto kilpailuttaa puitesopimuskumppaneita yliopistorakennusten peruskorjaus ja muutostyöhankkeiden rakennuttamistehtäviin. Hankinta koskee Helsingin yliopistokonsernin (Helsingin yliopisto, Helsingin yliopiston rahastot, Helsingin Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy sekä näiden omistamat kiinteistö-, tytäryhtiöt) erikseen määritettävissä rakennushankkeissa tehtäviä rakennuttamistehtäviä määritetylle puitesopimuskaudelle.
