Helsingin yliopisto kilpailuttaa puitesopimuskumppaneita yliopistorakennusten korjaus- ja muutostyöhankkeiden rakennusurakointiin. Hankinta koskee Helsingin yliopistokonsernin (Helsingin yliopisto, Helsingin yliopiston rahastot, Helsingin Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy, KOy Biomedicum Helsinki sekä näiden omistamat kiinteistö-, tytäryhtiöt) erikseen määritettävissä rakennushankkeissa tehtäviä rakennusurakoita määritetylle puitesopimuskaudelle.
