Procedura aperta di carattere comunitario ai sensi dell’art. 71 del D.lgs 36/2023, per l’affidamento della fornitura di macchine maceratrici in comodato d’uso gratuito e fornitura dei relativi contenitori monouso di rifiuti biologici occorrenti all’Azienda Ospedaliera San Giovanni Addolorata per la durata di 36 mesi, con eventuale proroga contrattuale per ulteriori 24 mesi, lotto unico per un importo complessivo triennale pari ad € 600.000,00 IVA esclusa più €.1.404,00 iva esclusa - € 1.712,88 iva inclusa per oneri di sicurezza non soggetti al ribasso.
