Description
Le présent marché a pour objet la prestation de distribution dans les boîtes aux lettres levalloisiennes (particuliers, commerçants et entreprises) de divers documents tels que le magazine municipal INFO LEVALLOIS, des brochures, plaquettes, tracts et courriers. Le marché, qualifié de marché de services, est lancé en application des dispositions des articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 et R.2161-1 à R.2161-5 du Code de la Commande Publique(ci-après le Code). Il constitue un accord-cadre à bons de commande soumis aux dispositions des articles L.2125-1 et R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 du Code. Ce marché sera attribué à un unique titulaire pour une durée maximale de 4 ans, reconductions comprises. S'agissant d'une procédure ouverte, le nombre de participants n'est pas limité. Le montant maximum des prestations est fixé à 600 000 euro(s) HTVA sur la durée totale du marché, soit 150 000 euro(s) HTVA par an, sans montant minimum
