Description
Upphandlingen avser tekniska konsulttjänster med uppdrag att utföra obligatorisk ventilationskontroll (OVK), vilket ska genomföras enligt Boverkets gällande föreskrifter. Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med en konsult och uppdragen ska utföras löpande efter avrop i lägenheter med kvarboende hyresgäster. Fastigheterna innefattar: centralaggregat med FTX, lägenhetsspecifika FTX-system, lägenheter med självdrag (S), mekanisk frånluft (F) mekanisk från- och tilluft (FT) samt FX-system.
