Upphandlingen omfattar projektering och genomförande av byggentreprenad för fastighet Visby Hytten 1, där Beställaren och Entreprenören gemensamt i partnering ska utveckla området och genomföra åtgärder utifrån Beställarens definierade behov. Byggentreprenaden kommer att genomföras i två faser. Fas 1 planering, projketering och kalkylering. Fas 2 produktion och överlämning. Välkommen att lämna anbud.
