Upphandlingen avser tekniska konsulter inom olika discipliner och är indelad i 21 anbudsområden där anbudsgivare kan välja att lämna anbud i ett, flera eller samtliga anbudsområden. För varje anbudsområde kommer ramavtal tecknas med två konsulter. Uppdrag kan omfatta nyetablering, förtätningar och renoveringar i beställarens bostadsområden eller ombyggnation av befintliga bostäder, lokaler, förskolor eller andra utrymmen.
