Även erforderliga markarbeten samt återställning av mark ingår. Uppdraget utförs på fastighet Visby Fjällskivlingen 1, som innehåller både flerbostadshus och fristående enplanshus. För att kunna lämna anbud är visning av området tillsammans med Beställaren obligatoriskt.
