Description
Vaxholms stad planerar att uppföra en ny, modern och klimatsmart byggnad avsedd för särskilt boende, benämnd Norrberget. Byggnaden kommer att innehålla ett särskilt boende (SÄBO) med totalt 62 lägenheter, ett storkök, skyddsrum, garage samt ett personalrum i ett hörnläge. Boendet omfattar totalt fem våningsplan, varav tre av dessa är avsedda för boendelägenheter. Plan 3 kommer att ha två lägenheter fler än de övriga boendeplanen. Den totala bruttoarea (BTA) uppgår till 6 740 kvm.
