Description
Vaxholms stad (staden) inbjuder intresserade företag att lämna anbud avseende "Verksamhetsdrift av bostad med särskild service enligt 9 § 9p LSS och daglig verksamhet enligt 9 § 10 p. LSS." Upphandlingen annonseras i enlighet med 19 kap. Annonspliktiga upphandlingar under tröskelvärdena och annonspliktiga upphandlingar av tjänster enligt bilaga 2, LOU. Staden kan komma att förhandla med en eller flera anbudsgivare som har möjlighet att vinna och teckna avtal med Staden. Upphandlingen avser ett driftavtal för nedan behov: Bostad med särskild service för vuxna, inklusive gruppbostad och servicebostad, samt daglig verksamhet och hälso- och sjukvård i de berörda verksamheterna. Gruppbostaden är belägen på Ullbergsväg och servicebostaden på Fredrikstrandsvägen. Den dagliga verksamheten bedrivs i två lokaler, på Torggatan och Ullbergsväg. Idag bedriver en entreprenör på Stadens uppdrag en gruppbostad med plats för sex (6) brukare, en servicebostad för elva (11) brukare samt daglig verksamhet för femton (15) brukare.
