I huvudsak omfattas objektet av följande arbeten: Kiruna Kommun ska uppföra ett nytt LSS-boende med 6 st. boende platser på Kvarter 11 i Nya Kiruna Centrum. Kiruna Kommun ska uppföra ett nytt Resurscenter som är en daglig verksamhet och riktar sig till personer med funktionsnedsättning på Kvarter 12 i Nya Kiruna Centrum. I entreprenaden ingår kompletta mark-, VA-, bygg- och installationsarbeten i omfattning enligt förfrågningsunderlaget.
