Upphandlingen avser att täcka beställarens behov av återkommande/ periodiska myndighetsbesiktning av hissar, lyftanordningar, portar, tryckkärl, pannor, värmepumpar, expansionskärl, telfer, lingång, vätskekylaggregat, utjämningskärl, pelararm kran, travers, ackumulatortank, mobila plattformar och vattenvärmare, ca 200 anläggningar totalt. Besiktningsuppdragen är inte jämt fördelade över året och inte heller jämt fördelade mellan avtalsperiodens år. Fastigheterna är belägna i Kiruna C, Jukkasjärvi, Abisko, Riksgränsen, Svappavaara, Vittangi, Övre Soppero och Karesuando
