Description
Hanke eesmärgiks on sõlmida raamlepingud nutitelefonide komplektide soetamiseks. Hankija sõlmib raamlepingu kõikide edukaks tunnistatud ja kõrvaldamata jäetud pakkujatega. Raamlepingu eseme hulka kuuluvad sh ostetavate ja renditavate asjade komplekt ning kohaletoimetamine Eesti Vabariigi piires. Pakkujatel on õigus kogu lepingu perioodi jooksul e-kataloogis muuta asju, muuta asjade kohta käivat infot, kustutada asju, lisada uusi asju jne arvestades tehnilises kirjelduses toodud tingimusi.
