Description
Raamlepingute alusel sõlmitavate hankelepingute esemeks on serverid (sh HSM seadmed), võrguseadmed (sh VPN seadmed), kettamassiivid ning nende komponendid , tarkvara, litsentsid, tootetoe pikendused ning nendega seotud teenused. Hankelepingute eseme hulka kuuluvad ka ostetavate asjade kohale toimetamine hankija määratud kohta Eestis või Euroopa Liidus ilma selle eest eraldi tasu maksmata. Tarnekoht tuuakse välja minikonkursil. Raamlepingu alusel sõlmitakse hankelepinguid nii asjade väljaostmiseks (asja omandamise õigusega) ja/või rentimiseks (asja omandamise õiguseta) ja/või kasutusõiguse omandamiseks (määratud tähtajani). Riigihanke tulemusel sõlmitud raamleping laieneb kõigile riigiasutustele, kes on volitanud RIT-i riigihanget korraldama (ühishankijad, kes on toodud ühishankijate nimekirjas). / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
