Description
Riigi Info- ja Kommunikatsioonitehnoloogia Keskus (RIT) hangib Vabariigi Valitsuse 14.04.2022 korralduse nr 119 alusel IT pisivahendeid. Hanke alusel sõlmitud raamleping laieneb kõigile riigiasutustele, kes on vastavas korralduses nimetatud. Hanke eesmärgiks on sõlmida raamlepingud IT pisivahendite soetamiseks. Hankija sõlmib raamlepingu kõikide edukaks tunnistatud ja kõrvaldamata jäetud pakkujatega. Raamlepingu eseme hulka kuuluvad sh ostetavate ja renditavate asjade kohaletoimetamine hankijate asukohta Eesti Vabariigi piires. Pakkuja esitab pakkumusena e-kataloogi pakutavate asjade nimekirja mis vastab tehnilises kirjelduses kirjeldatule. Nimekiri on välja toodud "Hindamiskriteeriumid ja hinnatavad näitajad" lehel. Pakkujatel on õigus kogu lepingu perioodi jooksul e-kataloogis muuta asju, asjade kohta käivat infot, kustutada, lisada uusi asju, arvestades tehnilises kirjelduses seatud piiranguid.
