Description
Microsoft litsentside ostmine ja rentimine raamlepinguga 36 kuu jooksul. Hankijatel on õigus osta ja rentida käesoleva riigihanke raames tehnilises kirjelduses märgitud Microsoft tooteid ja teenuseid. Hanke alusel sõlmitud raamleping laieneb kõikidele juriidilistele isikutele, kes on volitanud RIT-i hanget korraldama, ning neile, kes kuuluvad vabatahtliku keskse hanke isikulisse ulatusse: 1) kõik Eesti Vabariigi valitsusasutused ja nende hallatavad riigiasutused; 2) kõik Eesti Vabariigi põhiseaduslikud institutsioonid ja nende hallatavad asutused; 3) kõik Eesti Vabariigi kohalikud omavalitsused ja nende hallatavad asutused. Vabatahtliku keskse hankimise isikulisse ulatusse kuuluvad asutused saavad raamlepingu alusel iseseisvalt soetusi teha kogu raamlepingu kehtivusperioodi jooksul, alates RIT-ga vastava kokkuleppe sõlmimisest.
