Description
Ramavtalet omfattar följande myndighetsbesiktningar och tjänster: • Tredjepartsbesiktning av lyftanordningar (ex. hissar, portar, rulltrappor, lyftbord) • Tredjepartsbesiktning av tryckbärande anordningar (ex. pannor, expansionskärl) • Tredjepartbesiktning av kylanläggningar (ej köldmediakontroll) • Obligatorisk ventilationskontroll (OVK) • Revisionsbesiktning av elanläggningar • Besiktning av cisterner och tankar • Besiktning av skyddsrum • Kontroll/besiktning lekutrustning, lekplats • Riskbedömningar/bedömningsanalyser för trycksatta anläggningar Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med en (1) leverantör för en period om två (2) år med möjlighet för Specialfastigheter att förlänga ramavtalet med ett (1) + ett (1) år. Beräknad avtalsstart är 2026-01-01.
