Kriminalvården är i expansionsskede för att tillgodose det ökade behovet av nya anstaltsplatser. Som ett led i expansionen kommer Anstalten Skogome öka antal platser från ca 200 till 800. Detta objektet omfattar nybyggnad av 1 st. sysselsättningsbyggnad, By 037 för intagna. By 037 består av, två våningar ovan mark och uppvärmd vindsvåning. Pålad bottenplatta av betong, ytter- och innerväggar och bjälklag i huvudsak av prefabricerade betongelement. Tak av lättelement med tätskikt av plåt. BTA 4400 m².
