Description
Specialfastigheter kommer att bygga och äga en ny kriminalvårdsanstalt med säkerhetsklass 2 i Halltorp, några mil söder om Kalmar. Anstalten kommer att vara ca 50 000 kvm BTA och markområdet omfattar 120 000 kvm. Denna upphandling avser masshantering, terrassering, förläggning av kanalisation i mark för el och VA-ledningar samt en pumpstation.
