Description
Upphandlingen avser en besiktningsman med komplett besiktningsorganisation för entreprenadbesiktning i enlighet med ABT06. Projektet omfattar nybyggnation på en fastighet med en tomtarea på ca 6 500 kvm i Borås. Beställaren ska uppföra en kontorsbyggnad i sex våningar med ett underliggande garage. Byggnaden har en BTA på ca 21 700 kvm. Byggnaden kommer att inrymma lokaler för kontor, mötesrum, förråd, omklädningsrum, hyresgästteknik, träningslokaler och publika ytor. Objektet omfattar även markarbeten och infrastrukturanläggningar, inklusive perimeterskydd.
