Upphandlingen avser en besiktningsman med komplett besiktningsorganisation för entreprenadbesiktning i enlighet med AB04/ABT06. Projektet omfattar uppförande av ett anstaltsområde som innehåller flera byggnader och omfattande markarbeten. Byggnaderna är avsedda att användas för klientboende, verksamhet och administration.
