Description
Kriminalvården genomför en kapacitetsökning av befintlig anläggning och ett tillkommande behov har identifierats avseende uppförande av en ny byggnad för sysselsättning- och personal. Byggnaden ska uppföras inom befintligt anläggningsområde och entreprenaden kommer därmed genomföras med hänsyn till pågående verksamhet samt andra arbeten inom området. Entreprenaden omfattar i huvudsak uppförande av en ny byggnad om ca 4 370 m2 BTA, utformad för att stödja Kriminalvårdens dagliga arbete. Byggnaden innehåller lokaler för varierad sysselsättningsverksamhet i form av enklare produktions-, monterings- och förädlingsarbete, undervisning och verksamhetsbundna programinsatser i form av strukturerade grupp- och individuella utbildningsinsatser samt kontors- och personalutrymmen för administration.
