Le marché a pour objet, la gestion locative et technique de biens immobiliers du patrimoine privé de la ville de Levallois. La description des prestations attendues, leurs spécifications et les informations du marché sont précisées au sein du Cahier des Clauses Particulières (CCP). Le marché est soumis aux dispositions du Code de la Commande Publique, ci-après « le code ». Il est qualifié de marché de services, régi par les dispositions du Cahier des Clauses Administratives Générales applicables aux marchés publics de Fournitures Courantes et Services approuvé par Arrêté du 30 mars 2021.
