Procédure conjointe : NON Caractéristiques principales : La présente consultation concerne une plateforme marketing intégrée qui permettra de rationaliser les outils existants et uniformiser à travers un outil digital unique, qui rassemblerait les fonctionnalités suivantes : - CDP ACA (Customer data plateform) - Marketing Automation : routage Email / SMS/ gestion des parcours - Gestion du programme de fidélité Club Airport Premier (CAP21) L’entreprise devra proposer à la fois la solution logicielle et la prestation d’intégration de l’outil à l’environnement ACA. La présente consultation est constituée d’une partie forfaitaire ainsi que d’une partie à prix unitaires, constituant un accord-cadre exécuté via l’émission de bons de commande (pour la partie à prix unitaires uniquement).
