Description
Le présent marché concerne le débroussaillage et l’entretien des digues et caniveaux de l’Aéroport Cannes-Mandelieu, le débroussaillage des pieds de clôtures de l’Aéroport Cannes-Mandelieu, le débroussaillage et l’entretien du lit du Béal et l’entretien préventif et correctif du dégrilleur du Béal. PROCEDURE Mode de passation: Procédure avec négociation (en application des articles L. 2124-3, R.2124-1, R. 2124-4, R2142-1 à R2142-27, R2161-21 à R2161-23 et R2162-4-2 et R2162-13 du Code de la commande publique). Information sur l’accord-cadre : La partie à prix unitaires implique la mise en place d’un accord-cadre avec un seul opérateur sans remise en concurrence. Conformément à l’article R.2162-4 du Code de la commande publique, l’accord-cadre est passé sans minimum, et est encadré par un montant maximum de 100.000€ HT, pour toute la durée de l’accord-cadre, toutes reconductions comprises.
