Caractéristiques principales: Le présent marché concerne le transport des passagers entre les Terminaux et les parkings éloignés de l'ANCA, au moyen de navettes bus gratuites électriques appelées Navettes Parkings. PROCEDURE Mode de passation: Procédure avec négociation (en application des articles L. 2124-3, R.2124-1, R. 2124-4, R2142-1 à R2142-27, R2161-21 à R2161-23 et R2162-4-2 et R2162-13 du CCP). Information sur l’AC : La partie à prix unitaires implique la mise en place d’un AC avec un seul opérateur sans remise en concurrence. Conformément à l’art. R.2162-4 du CCP, l’AC est passé sans minimum et est encadré par un montant maximum de 500.000€ HT, pour toute la durée de l’accord-cadre, toutes reconductions comprises.
