Caractéristiques principales : La présente consultation concerne la gestion et l’exploitation des salons VIP de l'Aéroport Nice Côte d'Azur, incluant la prestation d'accueil, la prestation de restauration / traiteur dont fourniture des équipements, ainsi que la prestation de maintien en propreté pendant les horaires d’exploitation des espaces concernés, incluant les sanitaires. La consultation concerne également la fourniture de prestations pauses (petits-déjeuners, collations etc.) pour le Centre d'Affaires de l’Aéroport Nice Côte d’Azur et pour tout espace VIP géré par l’Aéroport Nice Côte d’Azur. Forme des prix du marché : mixte. Décomposition en lots : Sans objet. Décomposition en tranches : Sans objet. Prise en considération des variantes : OUI Les entreprises peuvent présenter une proposition supplémentaire, dite "variante".
