Marché à prix forfaitaire. Construite en 1962 et conçue par l'architecte M. CASTEL, la résidence est constituée de 2 bâtiments en R+2, orientés Nord/Sud avec une partie en R+1 au niveau de l'entrée n°10. D'une surface habitable totale de 2 500 m², cet ensemble immobilier est composé de 46 logements collectifs sociaux avec une typologie qui varie du T2 au T4 en fonction des bâtiments. Le principal objectif de la réhabilitation sera d'améliorer la performance énergétique des logements actuellement très énergivores, en les faisant passer de l'étiquette énergétique F à B a minima, notamment afin de diminuer les besoins en consommation et le coût des charges liées pour les locataires
