Description
La présente mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre sera déclinée par le biais de marchés subséquents. Les missions susceptibles d'être confiées à l'attributaire de l'accord-cadre sont décrites dans le règlement de consultation. Mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la démolition partielle, la réhabilitation, la restructuration, la construction neuve de logements et la résidentialisation de la cité Campagne Lévêque composée de 804 logements répartis dans 6 bâtiments (dont deux R+4 et quatre R+12). Enveloppe travaux prévisionnelle : 73 050 000,00 euro(s) HT. La consultation prévoit une indemnité de rendu pour les soumissionnaires admis à la phase offres d'un montant de 78 000,00 euro(s) HT. Dans un premier temps, il sera demandé au maître d'oeuvre désigné de réaliser une étude urbaine et paysagère ainsi qu'une étude de faisabilité économique afin de déterminer de manière certaine les orientations de travaux à mettre oeuvre dans le cadre de cette opération d'envergure. En effet, bien que le programme prévoie d'ores et déjà des préconisations de travaux par bâtiment, celles-ci pourront évoluer en fonction des résultats de l'étude urbaine et des préconisations du titulaire
