Description
Le présent marché a pour objet la maintenance préventive et corrective des ascenseurs, monte-charges et élévateurs pour personnes à mobilité réduite. La ville de Levallois organise cette procédure en tant que Coordonnateur du groupement de commandes constitué avec le CCAS de la ville de Levallois. Le marché est soumis au Code de la Commande Publique. Ce document est désigné par les termes « le Code » dans l'ensemble des pièces de la consultation. Qualifié de marché de services, il est soumis aux dispositions du CCAG « Fournitures Courantes et Services » approuvé par Arrêté du 30 mars 2021. Il est passé selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert, soumis aux dispositions des articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 et R.2161-1 à R.2161-5 du Code. Il constitue un accord-cadre à bons de commande soumis aux dispositions des articles L.2125-1 et R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 du Code. Ce marché sera attribué à un maximum de trois titulaires (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres) pour une durée maximale de 48 mois reconductions comprises. La valeur totale maximale du marché est fixée à 3 400 000 euro(s) HTVA, soit 850 000 euro(s) HTVA par an, dont 100 000 euro(s) HTVA réservés au CCAS, à laquelle…
