Ramavtalet omfattar köparens kommande behov av fordon som ska användas inom olika verksamhetsområden och omfattar både personbilar och transportfordon som kan framföras med B-körkort. Personbilar och transportbilar delas upp i två (2) anbudsområden där maximalt fyra (4) leverantörer per anbudsområde kan antas.
