Description
Fagersta kommun har, efter genomförandet av ett förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering och denna frivilliga förhandsinsyn, för avsikt att teckna avtal med nedan angiven leverantör för drift, support, integrationer och underhåll av Intraphone programvaror och tjänster. Äganderätten till IntraPhones återrapportering, dokumentation och planeringssystem innehas av IntraPhone Solution AB. Genom äganderätt till licenser avseende IntraPhones system har Fagersta kommun ickeexklusivt nyttjanderätt till IntraPhones återrapportering, planeringssystem och deras programprodukter/moduler. IntraPhones system används för planering, tid-och insatsregistrering samt stöd för den föreskrivna dokumentationen som görs inom hemtjänsten. Drift, support- och underhåll av systemet är nödvändigt för att kontinuerligt kunna uppfylla samtliga i Sverigerelevanta lagar, författningar, normer och föreskrifter som utfärdas av behöriga myndigheter för de uppgifter som åligger Fagersta kommun. Kontrakt tilldelas IntraPhone Solutions AB, org. Nr. 559186-3674, Gustav Adolfs torg 47, 211 39 Malmö.
